How it works
Three steps. No meetings.
Your team scans a code
They pick a topic, type an idea and send it. No app, no account, no name.
You read and reply
Every idea comes to you first. Reply without ever learning who sent it.
Your team sees the progress
Post updates on your Idea Board, so people see it's worth speaking up.

Why it matters
Your team sees the problem first. You hear about it last.
Not because they don't care. Because speaking up with their name on it feels risky. Here is what that silence costs you, and what changes when people feel heard.
-
The silence
85%They keep it to themselves
That's how many employees in an NYU study said they had held back a concern from their boss. The top reason was fear of being seen as a complainer.

The cost
63%Then they leave
That's the share of people who quit in 2024 for reasons their employer could have prevented.
Work Institute · 2025 Retention Report -
The payoff
4.6xHear them, and they bring their best
That's how much more likely employees who feel heard are to feel empowered to do their best work.

Huddle is the safe way to speak up. You hear it while it's a quick fix, not an exit interview.
Trust
Anonymous by design. You stay in control.
If your team doesn't believe it, they won't use it. Here is exactly how it works.
What Huddle never saves
- Names, emails or accounts for employees
- IP addresses or device details with an idea
- The time an idea was sent. Only the date.
What you control
- Nothing goes public until you approve and word it
- Names are flagged before you post
- Serious issues go to a real person you choose
- One weekly summary, so nothing slips
What we can't promise. On a very small team, details in the text can point to someone, so we warn you under 5 people and tell employees to leave details out. Huddle is not an emergency line.

Questions
Before you decide
What is Huddle?
Huddle is an anonymous employee feedback app, a digital suggestion box for your team. Employees scan a QR code and send an idea without a name, email or account. You read it, reply through a private code, and fix what matters.
Who is Huddle for?
Any team with people who see problems you don't: warehouses, restaurants, shops, clinics, offices and crews on the road. It works on any phone, in English or Spanish, with nothing for your team to install.
Is it really anonymous?
Employees never enter a name, email or account. Huddle doesn't store IP addresses, device details or the exact time with an idea. You can reply through a random code without learning who sent it.
Will it turn into a complaint box?
Everything comes to you first, and nothing is shared until you approve it and choose the wording. Most ideas are small, fixable things.
What about harassment or safety?
Those shouldn't wait on a form. Every screen points employees to the contact you choose, and to 911 in an emergency.
How is the price worked out?
There is one price, $39 a month, for your whole team. It doesn't change with the number of people or admins, and Huddle never counts your employees.
How long are ideas kept?
You choose, up to 3 years. We remind you to download them 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before anything is deleted. Posts on your Idea Board stay.
Does my team need to log in?
No. Only you and the admins you invite log in. Your team just scans the code, in English or Spanish.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay by card through our payment provider, or by invoice with Net 30 terms and an optional purchase order number, month to month. Cancel any time from your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Setup takes a few minutes: create your account, print the poster, and your team can start sending ideas the same day.
Can I talk to a person first?
Yes. and the founder will reply within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Already a customer? Use the Help button inside Huddle.
